Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum amount and no delivery charge, anywhere in India.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You receive an email with tracking details once the parcel is handed to our courier partner.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days.
• Tier-2 and tier-3 towns: 5–8 business days.
• Remote or northeast regions: 7–12 business days.

Order tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or write to us at care@nestromall.store with your order ID and we will share the latest status.

Delivery coverage

We currently deliver across India. If a PIN code is unserviceable, we will inform you within 24 hours and process a full refund.

Safe packaging

Every ceramic, glass, and fragile item is wrapped in protective cushioning and placed in a breakage-resistant outer box. In the rare event of transit damage, please see our Return Policy.

Partial shipments

Large or multi-item orders may occasionally ship in more than one parcel so each piece travels safely. You receive tracking for every package.
