Terms & Conditions

Products and pricing

Every piece we sell is handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, glaze, size and finish are natural and are not defects. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and product availability at any time.

Orders

• An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order number.
• We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is incomplete, or we suspect fraud or repeated refusal of delivered parcels.
• All orders are prepaid — payment is collected securely online at checkout.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually delivered in 3–7 business days. Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum, no delivery charge.
